Lisp sati-fies
Some evidence of the image on the front of the t-shirts scratching off very readily. Mine is missing part of the second #\s.

Nobody mentioned this at the conference, so it might just be that the two I took home weren't as good as the others. To be safe, I'd suggest washing or ironing before wearing (if it's not too late...)

Seems to be that the thickness of the image means that it doesn't survive creases very well, mine has cracked in a few places and I've made a point not to fold it across the image when putting it away.

The original beta-test shirt was also laser-printed, but the printers insisted that for the large run I was now ordering they would silk-screen the shirts back and front, which as a side effect would result in much longer-lasting prints. Only after I had paid for the shirts and gone to collect them (at conference minus 2 days) did I discover that they had switched the process to laser-printing on the fronts, without telling me.

What's aggravating is that the beta-test shirt hadn't behaved this badly at all. If that had come apart so readily, I would have thought twice before driving off with a £1500 batch of 200 self-destruct t-shirts and handing them out to delegates as a little momento of how nothing had gone wrong at ILC.
